Mendocino College is a public community college located north of downtown Ukiah, CA. Mendocino has been serving the surrounding community for 50 years and recently renovated much of its campus. A focal point of the campus renovation is the addition of the SiteScapes solar powered table sets. Each table set is the PublicMetro carousel style seating with a commercial grade aluminum umbrella. Four of the six umbrella shades contain solar panels that in return charge the batteries housed within the control box on the center of each table top. Each control box provides 3 dual USB charging ports allowing the freedom of an outdoor workspace while remaining plugged in.
