ASLA and the University of Texas at Austin have transferred ownership of the SITES Rating System to Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI), the certification body for the LEED green building program from U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), and GBCI is now accepting applications for project certification under the SITES v2 Rating System.

Jen comes with a background as a material supplier and has a great working knowledge of architects, specifications, and product education. Jen's role at SiteScapes will focus on pre-planning and new business development. We are thrilled to have her onboard.

Performance-wise, the Dutch power-generating bike path, SolaRoad, has overshot expectations, generating upwards of 3,000 kilowatts of power in the six months since its launch. The 230-foot concrete strip is located in Krommenie, a village northwest of Amsterdam, and is undergoing a three-year pilot test for material feasibility.
