CHI Health Systems of Lincoln, NE has completed construction of a new patient care center in Southwest Lincoln. After years of planning and design, the City of Laguna Niguel California adopted a streetscape makeover called Mixed-Use Town Center District of Laguna Niguel. This vision spawned out of a desire for the city to create a downtown environment featuring a re-energized retail, office and restaurant presence. Mendocino College is a public community college located north of downtown Ukiah, CA. Mendocino has been serving the surrounding community for 50 years and recently renovated much of its campus.
